The controller for the processing of personal data is Almanya Türk Ağı (run in the name of Duygu Kazgın), Oberdorfstr. 41, 45143 Essen, Germany. Contact: info@almanyaturkagi.de.

Data processed
The site contains no form, no newsletter sign-up and no other means of collecting data. You reach us solely by writing from your own email application; that message is stored in our mailbox like any other email and is used only to answer your enquiry. Incoming messages are forwarded to the personal mailbox of the person responsible; the email service used for this may also operate servers outside the EU.
- 03
Legal basis
Replying to an email addressed to us rests on the legitimate interest in handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where your enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies.
- 04
Hosting
The site runs on the infrastructure of a specialised hosting provider, with whom a data processing agreement is in place. On each request the host stores technically necessary server log files: IP address, browser type, page requested and timestamp. This processing rests on the legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the log files are deleted shortly afterwards and are not attributed to any person by us. As the provider also operates servers outside the EU, any transfer takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- 05
Cookies and external content
No tracking cookies are set for visitors. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; there is no external font network, no embedded map, no analytics tool and no social-media tracker. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for details.
- 06
Retention
Emails addressed to us are retained for the duration of the correspondence and a reasonable period thereafter, after which they are deleted. The host's server log files are deleted once its own retention period expires.
- 07
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email address given above.
- 08
Right to lodge a complaint
If you consider that the processing of your data is unlawful, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
