A circle that
finds one another
Almanya Türk Ağı is a volunteer community that brings solidarity, culture and opportunity to the same table. We don't run for profit; we believe in value made together.
To find each other.
To strengthen.

Duygu Kazgın
Founder · Almanya Türk Ağı
Duygu Kazgın is an economist, a professional training in logistics, a community volunteer and the founder of Almanya Türk Ağı.
Born and raised in İzmir, she graduated in Economics from Celal Bayar University. In Turkey she held roles in management, human resources, sales and marketing, building experience in leading teams, organising work and developing projects.
Moving to Germany in 2015 opened a new chapter. Settling into a new country, learning the language, building a circle of people from scratch and finding her professional footing again: she went through all of it herself. Working across several sectors, she broadened her experience. Today she works for an international logistics company in Duisburg and is completing her vocational training as a Speditions- und Logistikkauffrau.
Over her years in Germany she saw that many people carry the same needs: to widen their circle, to pass on what they have learned and to belong to a community. Out of those observations and her own story, she founded Almanya Türk Ağı on 19 May 2026.
Her aim with ATA is not simply to bring people together, but to build a community that lasts: one that supports its members, creates together and draws strength from shared values.
That thinking shapes where she puts her energy: solidarity, keeping cultural ties alive, education and careers, and support for women and young people.
Today she leads ATA's direction, its projects, its events and its continuing development. Her biggest goal is to grow Almanya Türk Ağı into a trusted, open and lasting network of solidarity, first across Germany and in the coming years across Europe.
To find each other, to grow stronger and to rise together.

Wherever you are, you're on the network.
Our meetups began in NRW; the network now reaches across Germany. Members come from all sixteen states, and some from Turkey. Every thread we draw between them makes the network stronger.
